IFC 2024 Ticket Lucky Draw

Terms and Conditions

  1. The organizer of the lucky draw is Formunauts GmbH.
  2. The lucky draw is not associated with Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by these platforms.
  3. By participating, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
  4. The lucky draw is open to all natural persons aged 18 and above worldwide.
  5. To participate in the lucky draw on Instagram or Facebook, entrants must:
    1. Follow the Formunauts Instagram or Facebook account
    2. Tag a friend
    3. Comment on their favorite type of fundraising
  6. For an additional chance to win, entrants can visit the Formunauts website and enter their details (name, email address) in the lucky draw form.
  7. Each complete entry on Instagram, Facebook, and the website counts as one ticket. Entrants can triple their chances of winning by participating on all three platforms.
  8. The lucky draw begins on 25.04.2024 and ends on 31.07.2024 at 23:59 (CEST). The winners will be randomly selected within 7 days of the end of the lucky draw and notified via Instagram, Facebook, or Email.
  9. The first prize is a ticket to the IFC 2024 (Standard Programme with Accommodation) and flight costs up to a value of €1,000. If the flight costs exceed €1,000, the winner is responsible for the difference. The second prize is brand-new Formunauts merchandise.
  10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. The legal process is excluded.
  11. The provided data will be used exclusively for the execution of the lucky draw and will not be passed on to third parties. The data of the winners may be transmitted to third parties for the purpose of prize processing.
  12. Formunauts reserves the right to exclude participants from the lucky draw if they violate the terms and conditions or are suspected of manipulation.
  13. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
  14. The laws of the Federal Republic of Austria apply. The legal process is excluded.
