Whether you have had a great experience with one of our fundraisers or if there is something that we can improve on then we would really like to hear about it so please do get in touch.

Formunauts One treats all feedback very seriously and in the instance of a negative experience with one of our fundraisers, any complaints received are treated with confidence and allow us to learn and improve for the future.

Formunauts One policy is that all complaints will be investigated fully in a timely manner and a response will be provided within 5 working days therefore please provide as much detail as possible by emailing: complaints@formunauts.one
